This sign was what started it all for me. Actually this is a smaller version. I made one for my own home and my friends loved it so much. They encouraged me to sell them. It's been a fun adventure since then. I love painting these signs, especially knowing they are finding a special place in others' homes. I feel so blessed to be able to make things for others.

The song, You Are My Sunshine, has a special place in my heart because I sang to all my babies, every day. I would hold them in my arms and sing them to sleep. Usually, it would make me fall asleep, too! Many moms for generations have done the same maternal routine for generations.
