    Here is how to measure for a good fit:

    To determine size:
    Using a soft tape measure or string...

    Starting at the center of the forehead above the eyebrow...

    wrap the tape measure down below one ear...

    continuing to the back on the neck...

    back up around below the other
    ear and back to where you started.

    Read this measurement
    and refer to the chart below.

    This will determine the size you need.

    Sizing Chart:

    Teen
    Head Circumference: 20 1/2" - 22"
