1. After purchasing this item, please send me an email at ideefixe@live.com regarding your customization. Fill out the following information (copy, paste, and fill out):

• ORIENTATION: Portrait or Landscape. See photo above.
• CHEVRON STRIPES SIZE: Small, Medium, or Large. See photo above.
• CHEVRON STRIPES COLOR: See photo above for the color palette: Light Pink Stripes, Hot Pink Stripes, Red Stripes, Purple Stripes, Blue Stripes, Turquoise Stripes, Lime Stripes, Yellow Stripes, Gray Stripes, or Black Stripes. The chevron stripes color used in the image above is Yellow Stripes.
• OR CHEVRON STRIPES MIX AND MATCH: Optional, leave blank if you prefer not to mix and match. See photo above for the color palette, and choose 2: Hot Pink, Merlot, Perfect Pink, Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon, Antique Pink, Mango, Peach, Yellow, Mint, Celadon, Grass, Ocean, Turquoise, Denim, Lavender, Grape, Mocha, Chocolate, Ash, or Charcoal.

1. Upon receipt of your order, a digital proof will be made for your review. You are welcome to change the design as much as needed until you are absolutely pleased, then I will print and package the final design.

1. Every computer monitor is calibrated differently, so please understand that the colors depicted may be different from the actual print.
2. There will be no watermark on the final print.
3. Purchase includes the black wood frame in the photo above. This cannot be substituted or removed. It will be wrapped in plastic and all tags/stickers that came with the frame will remain intact.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

1. Given that the product includes a frame with glass, it will be packaged in a bubble mailer, cushioned as much as possible, and may be placed inside a box. It will be marked fragile on all sides.
2. Your item will include: 1) an order slip, and 2) a small freebie for buying from the 11:11 store.
3. I use recycled shipping materials like old boxes, plastic bags, and wrapping tissue that are in good condition to save on resources. Please ignore any logos or markings that may be on the materials. It's good for the earth and it keeps shipping costs for the both of us to a minimum.
4. Given that the item is made to order, I have set the handling time to 10 days for any revisions, and for final printing and packaging. No worries, I promise to send it to you ASAHP, that is, as soon as humanly possible!
5. Items are sold as is, given that the item is made to order. Until Copious comes up with a return policy, orders may not be returned and are not eligible for a refund after it has already been shipped. Sorry! :(
